Earlier today the web server this site runs on suffered a serious hardware problem and the site and e-mail was out of action for about five or six hours. Our free hosting provider, Byethost, were quick to identify the problem and worked hard to get things back up and running as quickly as possible
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused to any of our users. Everything is back to normal now, and we'll be posting more news items and stuff about the upcoming festival over the coming days and weeks, so keep checking back to see what's new.

Our new guestbook is now live! You can browse the guestbook entries and sign it yourself by clicking on the Guestbook link in the main menu. This is another feature that, like the facilty to comment on articles, is all about getting as much feedback from you all as possible. Please let us know what you think of the site, give us your views, your comments and your suggestions. With your help we can make this a better site for everybody.

Now you can have your say on the topics raised in articles on the Reenascreena Community Online website. The "comment" feature that's just been released lets you air your views and opinions about content released to the site. You are free to submit comments as a guest, but we'd like to encourage you all to sign up for an account. Signing up is quick and easy, your information will only be used to keep you up-to-date with information relating to Reenascreena and this website, and will NEVER be shared with a third party. So get commenting... after all, the more feedback we get from you, the better our community website will become! |

Reenascreena has successfully applied for free webhosting with hosting provider Byethost. This free hosting account has allowed us to migrate to a new site using a dynamic content management system.
In short, that means that adding and maintaining content on the site is
much easier, and we can add more interactive features than we would be
able to on the old static site. Because the hosting is free you will
see a row of text advertising links along the top of the page -- please
note that these are posted by the hosting company and are in no way
affiliated to or endorsed by the Reenascreena Community Action Group.
Look out for regular updates to the site over the coming months -- or register an account and we'll keep you up-to-date with developments.
