Extraordinary Meeting – Reenascreena Community Hall

Thursday 21 July at 9pm, open to all

If you're affected by this issue please come along and have your say.

Reenascreena Community Action Group has called an extraordinary meeting for Thursday evening to discuss the water supply outages that are currently plaguing the area. The water supply has failed several times over recent days, with no apparent explanation from Cork County Council as to why the outages have occurred or what is being done to rectify the situation. Reenascreena to feature in "County"! PDF Print E-mail
Written by Calvin Jones
Saturday, 27 November 2004

Reenascreena is set to feature in a series of articles on rural communities currently running in the "County" supplement of The Irish Examiner. Journalist Helen O'Callaghan will be in the village community hall on Friday 05 November from 11am, and plans to spend a couple of hours talking to local people about life in and around Reenascreena.

If you have any interesting stories to tell about Reenascreena, whether from the past, present or looking to the future, please drop in to talk to Helen. The more rich and varied the material we supply Helen with the more accurately her article can portray the history, diversity and tremendous potential that make Reenascreena such a great place to live.

We hope to see you there, and don't forget to look out for the article in the Irish Examiner's "County" supplement over the coming weeks.
